About Inovaplus

Inovaplus Ltd is a practical technology, infrastructure and systems consultancy based in Staffordshire, working with SMEs, CICs, churches, venues and specialist technical projects.

Inovaplus is led by Russ Taylor, whose background spans electronics and communications engineering, telecommunications and network architecture, IT infrastructure, audio-visual systems, project management, business systems and circular-economy development. His experience ranges from practical systems for individual organisations through to the design and development of national and international communications infrastructure and major technology programmes.

The strength of Inovaplus is not simply technical knowledge in one area. It is the ability to understand how different parts of a project connect: infrastructure, people, workflow, funding, compliance, training, documentation and long-term delivery.

Experience across different scales

Inovaplus draws on experience developed across telecommunications, education, business IT, live events, churches and venues, community projects and the circular economy.

Projects have ranged from rebuilding organisational networks and developing rapidly deployable communications systems to contributing to major fibre-optic networks and large-scale computing infrastructure. That breadth of experience allows lessons from large, complex engineering environments to be applied proportionately to the practical challenges faced by smaller organisations.

A practical cross-disciplinary approach

Many real-world problems do not fit neatly into a single category.

A website issue may also be a messaging issue. A network issue may also be a workflow issue. A venue technology problem may involve acoustics, equipment, training and team structure. A circular-economy project may depend on logistics, data, compliance, funding and stakeholder confidence.

Inovaplus helps identify these connections and turn them into practical systems.

How Inovaplus works

Inovaplus starts by clarifying the real problem.

That may involve reviewing existing systems, mapping workflows, identifying technical constraints, assessing available resources, preparing stakeholder briefings or helping an organisation understand the practical steps needed to move forward.

The aim is to avoid unnecessary complexity and build systems that are understandable, maintainable and proportionate.
