Infrastructure & Network Architecture

Infrastructure architecture ranging from organisational networks and data centres through to major fibre-optic telecommunications networks and high-performance computing environments.

Inovaplus draws on experience of designing and developing resilient communications infrastructure across very different scales — from rebuilding the core network of a school or SME, through metropolitan, national and international fibre networks, to carrier-grade telecommunications and large-scale computing platforms. This includes experience contributing to network architectures involving investment measured in tens of millions of pounds, with individual programmes approaching £100 million.

The emphasis is on architecture rather than individual products: understanding capacity, resilience, topology, interoperability, security, future growth and, critically, the operational requirements the infrastructure needs to support.

That experience informs Inovaplus’s work today, allowing engineering principles developed in demanding large-scale environments to be applied proportionately to smaller organisations without introducing unnecessary complexity or cost.

Church and Venue Technology Review

Advisory work helping churches and venues understand whether their technology, systems and technical processes actually support what the organisation is trying to achieve. This can include sound, acoustics, projection, livestreaming, networking and communications, alongside assessment of how systems are operated, the skills available within the technical team and where training or process improvements may be required.

Association of Worship & Venue Technicians CIC

Development of technical standards, skills frameworks and structured training pathways for volunteer technicians working in Houses of Worship and amateur arts venues.

Inovaplus supports this work through framework development, document structure, website planning, technical content and stakeholder briefing.

Up-Cycled U CIC

Support for community bicycle refurbishment, access to transport, local referral systems and practical models for helping disadvantaged individuals and communities.

Velorim Group

Support for circular-economy systems involving bicycle tyres, inner tubes, e-bike and e-scooter batteries, reverse logistics, traceability and recycling workflows.

Inovaplus supports Velorim through systems design, CRM/data workflow, technical briefing, infrastructure planning and circular-economy project strategy.
